2025 Bill gregory health care classic highlight video

Live⁴It Community proudly hosted the 42nd Anniversary of the Bill Gregory Health Care Classic on April 26, 2025. The Bill Gregory Health Care Classic (BGHCC) is more than just a race, it is a symbol of our community’s commitment to promoting healthy lifestyle changes. Since its inception in 1981 by Hamilton Medical Center, this event has become a cornerstone of our community and one of the most highly anticipated gatherings. Today, the annual event honors Dr. Bill Gregory, who tragically lost his life in a bicycling accident in June 2006. Dr. Gregory was passionate about caring for his patients and promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles. Over the years, the Bill Gregory Health Care Classic has evolved into a beloved tradition, continuing the important work Hamilton Medical Center and Dr. Gregory began so many years ago. Today, this annual event remains a symbol of our shared commitment to fostering healthy lifestyle and environment changes through collaboration and positive action.

In early 2019, a group of health care entities, local employers and community organizations collaborated on a fresh approach to health and wellness with the idea to improve health and lifespan by connecting hearts and minds: Live⁴It!
Today, Live⁴It inspires you to identify what is important to you (your "It") and provides tools, guidance and information to help you fulfill your health and wellness goals to live a longer, healthier and happier life.
Live⁴It promotes four key concepts (representing L-I-V-E):

That’s why Live⁴It is a community-wide approach:  by using the Live⁴It brand and key concepts, individuals, employers, health care providers and civic organizations can join together to promote one message How to Live⁴It! to improve your life and the lifespan of our community.
